Nathan is a long-time resident of Kelowna and, at an early age, bought his first home here in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. This sparked his interest in Real Estate and furthermore, his desire to be a professional real estate agent.
Nathan Matis exemplifies honesty, integrity, diligence, and service in every aspect of his career.
Coming from a service background, Nathan is no stranger to putting the needs of others in front of his own. Nathan has served with the Canadian Forces as a Reserve Member and is proud of his time there. He also has a heart for the community; his impressive resume embodies this. Since 2013, Nathan has been a member of two non-profit organizations: MADD - Mothers Against Drunk Driving and Kelowna Gospel Mission. At MADD, Nathan served for many years as a Director. He was recognized for his tireless efforts in 2016 when he was nominated for Kelowna's Civic Award 'Man of the Year' and in 2017, winning the Kelowna Capital News Award 'Volunteer of the Year.' Not only does he pour into the local community, but in the last two years, Nathan has spent his time in Mexico doing humanitarian efforts.
As a homeowner, Nathan quickly saw the immense benefits of the innovative business model that 2% Percent Realty offered. He knew that he needed to be involved! After receiving high marks at UBC Sauder, Nathan joined the 2% Percent Initiative. He strongly believes in giving clients remarkable service and, at the same time, helping them keep more in their back pocket. As Nathan says, "Porsche service and quality without the expensive Porsche price tag." Nathan's high degree of professionalism and work ethic are a valuable asset to his clients.
In his spare time, Nathan can be found piloting planes in the Okanagan skies, on the badminton court, or in the swimming pool. As a Real Estate Advisor, Nathan would love the opportunity to assist you with your real estate goals.Contact Me
